Vouchers do not guarantee seating and must be exchanged for admission tickets at the box office. Not more than 20 vouchers can be exchanged at the box office at any one time.

Gold Class Movie Gift Vouchers can only be exchanged at GV Grand or GV VivoCity Box Office counter for the respective admission tickets.
