Keller Dover is facing every parent"s worst nightmare. His 6-year-old daughter and her young friend are missing, and as minutes turn to hours, panic sets in. The only lead is a dilapidated RV that had been parked on their street. Heading the investigation, Detective Loki arrests its driver, but a lack of evidence forces the only suspect's release. Knowing his child's life is at stake, the frantic Dover decides he has no choice but to take matters into his own hands. The desperate father will do whatever it takes to find the girls, but in doing so, may lose himself, begging the question: When do you cross the line between seeking justice and becoming a vigilante?

Very disturbing. Could be too violent and intense at times, may not be suitable for those faint of heart.

Often, the big Themes and the crackling Procedural seem to be at odds with each other, and while compelling nonetheless (this film is full of expert craftsmen, if nothing), doesn’t quite gel together. Jake Gyllenhaal is fascinating to watch, though.

A powerful and gripping film that is both psychologically harrowing and impossibly riveting. The subtle nuances in every scene, coupled with gritty location shots and stellar performances by the main cast are what make this film a roaring success.

Disturbingllypowerful. Any fathers worst fear came alive with great acting by H. Jackman, as a angry and frustrated man with his situation and inability to do anything, thanks to the laws loop holes. Watch it, is a great detective story.

Fantastic performance by Hugh & Jake, the overall pace is slow but will keep ur eyes open thru out the 2.5hrs. Terrence kept up a good fight between right and wrong. This movie will make u think how far will u go if it were to happen to ur kids.

The story plot is layered, thrilling, dark and engaging. Skillful acting by Hugh and Jake accentuated the emotional and moral components. The nature of the film questions your hypothesis of the crime persistently. Overall a brilliant thriller.
