Robin Hood chronicles the life of an expert archer, previously interested only in selfpreservation, from his service in King Richards army against the French. Upon Richards death, Robin travels to Nottingham, a town suffering from the corruption of a despotic sheriff and crippling taxation, where he falls for the spirited widow Lady Marion, a woman skeptical of the identity and motivations of this crusader from the forest. Hoping to earn the hand of Maid Marion and salvage the village, Robin assembles a gang whose lethal mercenary skills are matched only by its appetite for life. Together, they begin preying on the indulgent upper class to correct injustices under the sheriff.

For those expecting to see a traditional Robin Hood, well this is not it. The movie tries to show another side of Robin Hood and succeeds, yet the ending seems to leave the audience wondering ’Is that it?’

Totally an unexpected movie with the plot that shows another side of Robin Hood, the courage and wisdom of him and the people. Quite exciting and catchy with the flow and good choice of characters used. Worth to watch for action movie.

Well, i have to say that it’s another epic movie, but it turned out to be quite good. I enjoyed this movie too, probably because of the story, not Russell Crowe though, he’s a little too old as Robin =D but..Cate Blanchett never fails us, i like her!

Movie trailer does the movie injustice. The movie itself was way better. The story unfolds at a reasonable pace, but at the end of the movie I do think that this Robin Hood looks over-aged? Watch it for the great story!

The movie was nicely done. This is not a typical Robinhood movie who steals and give money to the poor. it’s the UNTOLD story and I think this deserves a sequel.

A great movie on the whole. A little gruesome for me in some scences. Plot got exciting only towards the end..
