Without a doubt, this is one of the best movie this year. Good plot perpetuated with cold humor throughout the show, the excellent acting brings out the realism of the cold, hard world we are living in, and leaves plenty of food for thought as well

Excellent movie. The suave, self-confident Clooney finds an excellent foil the under-rated Vera Farmiga (The Departed). The blending of Hollywood and realism makes for interesting cinematography and this somewhat offbeat movie hits the spot dead on.

This movie brings real life scenarios of people being laid off from their jobs and how companies are hiring laid off artistes to do this dirty job. It also shows a finer side to handing relationships and how to deal with it. Good story and acting.

Up in the Air gives us an insight on what’s really going on in the great economic depression in USA... in such an entertaining and touching way. Supported with strong casting and genius writing, Up in the Air is a story that everyone will appreciate.

Crisp dialogue and good acting make this film. Up in the Air is a charming movie. Sadly, the ending is far from conclusive and leaves the viewer in emotional limbo: "Is it happy, is it sad, I don’t know!". Don’t let that deter you though.

Reitman’s gift for exploring the emotional connection in human relationships is obvious here. He meticulously crafts the screenplay and the result is an uplifting comedy-drama which gives new meaning to the definition of human connectedness. A-.
