Avatar is the story of an ex-Marine who finds himself thrust into hostilities on an alien planet filled with exotic life forms. As an Avatar, a human mind in an alien body, he finds himself torn between two worlds, in a desperate fight for his own survival and that of the indigenous people. More than ten years in the making, Avatar marks Cameron's return to feature directing since helming 1997's Titanic, the highest grossing film of all time and winner of eleven Oscars including Best Picture. WETA Digital, renowned for its work in The Lord of the Rings Trilogy and King Kong, will incorporate new intuitive CGI technologies to transform the environments and characters into photorealistic 3D imagery that will transport the audience into the alien world rich with imaginative vistas, creatures and characters.

Give a rating of 4.5/5. Great movie to watch at the end of year 2009. Great CGI technologies in the movie that makes it so realistic. Storyline is interesting. Enticed you to watch the movie till the end. Exciting when the two sides begin to fight.

A must watch movie of the year. Graphics are excellent but the story telling is sharper. It emerges one in Jake’s world and then carries away to become Navi. Cinematic experience at its best. Though plot is older it is well covered with onscreen data

Avatar is definitely a must watch movie for the graphics and amazing execution of Cameron’s imaginary world. The plot is unoriginal, predictable and is incredibly similar to the Pocahontas story with several disturbingly similar aspects.

My family enjoyed Avatar. Great imagination! Good reflection on some parts of our life. My children love the animal characters, amazed with the connection between human and animal and our mother earth - love. Great story line! Great graphics too!
