Another wake-up call to protect nature. Unlike March Of The Penguins, Arctic Tale or The Cove, Oceans have no story to tell. It presented the oceans as they are today-less abundant. What will future generations inherit if conservation is lacking?

Spectacular views of the lives in the Oceans. With their beautiful outfits, the ‘actors/actresses’ of the movie make almost every scene a wallpaper image. Music is well-edited and great sounds of nature as well. Music: 8 / 10, Overall: 8 / 10

Not the best documentary around, some documentary on OKTO is better imho :). Nevertheless this movie makes you wonder how they take the shots. Quite impressive cinematography.

Disney should stick to making movies. The quality of commentary, editing, and engagement pales in comparison to other documentary makers like BBC, Discovery Channel, PBS, etc. Overall, the documentary has a happy ending: everyone was happy it ended.

let’s just say that maybe you are sick of the special effects and emo vampires vs werewolves, and you want to see something WORTHY of a big-screen experience. yea well Oceans is the film to see. here cinematography is like an extreme sport. 5 stars

Perrin’s Oceans may have a "save the planet" message to convey, but it is the sheer spectacle of life under the sea captured in cinema verite style - unbiased and objective - that remains to be its most stunning achievement. B+.
