Username and Password Information
Your username is your NRIC/FIN/Passport no. including your first and last alphabet.
If you are using a Passport No. which contains only numeric digits, add 'P' at the front of the numeric digits.
Your password consists of alphanumeric characters.
Forgot my password
Click Forgot my password, type in your username and we will send your password to your registered email address.
Activation of account
If you have not activated your account, you will not receive an email notifying you on the collection of your membership card.
Click Activate my account, type in your username and password for us to send you an email with an activation link.
