  1. Is there a movie club that I can join?
Yes! You can join the Golden Village Movie Club, membership is FREE. All you need is to fill in your particulars and you'll get:

2. What is the Golden Village Movie Club card used for?
Each time you go to the movies, make sure you present your iconic membership card. It will help us learn more about you, and if we know what movies you like to see, we can send you offers specific to your taste or invites to gala events. If you are purchasing tickets online, make sure you log into the website first so that we can record your transaction. If you are purchasing tickets from AXS Stations, make sure you key in your NRIC/FF/PP no. so that we can record your transaction. Always present your membership card to make every transaction count as each transaction will qualify you in two monthly draws.

3. Why is GV introducing this membership programme now?
Being the market leader, GV is constantly looking at ways to enhance your cinema-going experience. With an exciting and dynamic programme, patrons can now choose better and GV can reward its loyal patrons.

4. How do I apply to join the Golden Village Movie Club?
Submit your particulars online to start enjoying movie treats like never before! You must initiate a first time log in then proceed to collect your iconic membership card from any GV Box Office to activate your membership.

5. How do I collect my membership card?
You will receive an email notification for membership card collection one day after your registration. Simply bring your NRIC, FIN or Passport down to any GV Box Office after you have received the email notification.

6. Why do I need to bring my NRIC, FIN or Passport to collect my membership card?
This security measure is in place for the interests of our members and allows us to tag your new membership card to your identity.

7. Is my membership card transferable?
Sorry, your membership card is strictly non-transferable.

8. Am I able to hold more than one membership card?
Each member is not allowed multiple cards as each membership card is uniquely tagged to your identity.

9. Will my membership expire?
Your membership is valid so long you clock in four different movies in four separate transactions per calendar year.

10. What happens when I forget to bring along my membership card to the movies?
Sorry, you will not enjoy any Box Office and Candy Bar offers. Also, you will miss out on chances to be the Top Spender of the month or win the Members Monthly Draw.

11. I have misplaced my membership card, how do I get it replaced?
To report loss of membership card, please contact us at Tel: 63119162, Email: movieclub@goldenvillage.com.sg. Kindly note there is a $5 replacement fee. You may make payment at our Head Office during office hours.

12. Why do I have to log in to purchase tickets online?
As a member, you will always have to log in when you purchase tickets online to enjoy the many benefits we bring you. This is to ensure that only members receive the exclusive benefits and privileges. Each transaction recorded will also qualify you in two monthly draws.

13. How do I enjoy my members' price of $6.50 movie tickets every Tuesday?
Simply log in to purchase your tickets online or at any GV Box Office. Members' priced tickets cannot be issued from telephone bookings and AXS Stations as those channels are not able to identify you as a member beforehand.
Member's price applies to all regular films and is not valid on "eve of" and "day" of Public Holiday. Please note that members' price cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.


14. How do I enjoy Priority Seat Selection as a member?
The start of a typical cinema week is Wednesday. Members will be able to log in to book first week film titles every Wednesday, between 6 - 9pm before sessions are released to the public. This privilege is only available to members online. Non-members may purchase tickets after 9pm on Wednesdays or at any GV Box Office.

15. How do I enjoy my birthday treat of Buy 1 Get 1 Free Movie Ticket?
You will be able to download and print an eVoucher during your birthday month after logging in online. Your eVoucher is valid for a one-time download and print and you may present it at any GV Box Office for a single use during your birthday month subject to the prevailing terms and conditions.Your eVoucher is valid on all days except Friday & Saturday after 5pm, Midnight sessions and on Public Holidays.

16. How do I enjoy my Free SMS Confirmation when I buy tickets online?
After logging in as a member, in the Seat & Payment Selection Page, simply check the Confirmation ID by SMS box and the $0.20 charge will be waived.

17. How do I enjoy $1 off Combo of the Week at the Candy Bar?
Simple present your iconic membership card at the Candy Bar each time you purchase the Combo of the Week.

18. How do I tell you guys about my new email address?
Simply log in and click Update My Profile to stay connected to the latest news and happenings of the Movie Club.

19. Why does GV set up a GV Movie Reviewer section now?
Being the leading cinema exhibitor, we want to engage our members and provide a platform for them to share their views on movies they have watched.

20. How do I become a GV Movie Reviewer?
Only GV Movie Reviewers will have access to My Movie Space upon login where they will be able to upload photos, select a user name, rate movies and post movie reviews.

21. Why is there a rating for the movie but no movie review posted?
GV Movie Reviewers may choose to rate the movie they have watched but not post a review.

22. I do not agree and/or find a post inappropriate. What can I do?
GV hopes all movie reviews are objective and do not give away spoilers. Only if you find a post offensive should you click "Report this' and follow the instructions to submit a report for us to investigate the contents of the post.

23. I am a GV Movie Reviewer, can I change my user name?
There will be no amendment or change to your user name once selected. You may however choose to change your photo.

24. I am a GV Movie Reviewer, can I post a review but skip rating the movie?
No you are not able to do so but you may rate a movie and not post the review.

25. I am a GV Movie Reviewer, why am I unable to write a review?
You will need to have watched the movie at GV with the movie tagged in your account. Please allow one day for the movie to be tagged in to your account. You also cannot review the same movie twice.
