We invite enthusiastic individuals who have keen interest working in movie industry to join us as:

1) CUSTOMER RELATIONS ASSOCIATE
The successful candidate will be involved in handling customers' general phone enquiries, feedback, emails and providing technical support in online/mobile bookings. The individual will also coordinate bookings for our Gold Class Concierge patrons and undertake some marketing portfolio as and when needed.

Requirements:
· Diploma in IT with minimum two years' of customer service working experience
· Service-oriented, energetic & sociable
· A team player and resourceful
· Ability to work under tight schedules
· Must be able to converse well in English and Mandarin
· Possess strong communication skills
· Able to work on rotating shift including weekends and public holidays
· Those who are able to commence work within short notice would be advantageous


2) CONCIERGE
- Welcome and greet the patrons in a professional manner with excellent customer service
- Assist in hosting, waitering and bar duties including cash handling procedures
- Assist patrons with online ticket reservations, food ordering, walk in tickets and vouchers purchases
- Good knowledge of products and services, on-going promotions and facilities available at GV
- Preparation of food and beverages / light meals, cleaning and maintenance of all stations as well as stock and inventory management
- Familiar with breakdown / emergency procedures
- Attend to all patrons' complaints and feedbacks with professionalism

Requirements:
· Minimum Nitec in Service Skills
· Proficient in MS Office
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability and maturity to communicate and interact with all levels of personnel within and outside the organisation
· Pleasant and well-groomed disposition
· Energetic with sociable personality
· Service and sales oriented
· Able to work long hours and perform rotating shift duties on weekends and public holidays
· Good wine / liquor knowledge
· Sound technical knowledge
· Preferably with one year of relevant experience in concierge, hospitality or F&B


3) MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
- Able to perform the tasks of Cinema Service Crew
- Ensure the security of cinema and equipment at the end of the shift
- Opening / closing of cinema including cash handling and opening & closing procedures
- Ensure the readiness and proper presentation of all areas of the location or within the complex during operating hours
- Ensure that staff adopt proper procedures in projection, concession, floor or ticket sales duties
- Maintain work discipline and report any staff misconduct to superior, to report / feedback to Manager for any course of action
- Conduct training and coaching of Cinema Service Crew
- Assist in handling customer complaint
- Assist in group booking and sale of vouchers
- Familiar with breakdown / emergency procedures
- Perform special assignment and project as required

Requirements:
· Minimum Nitec in Service Skills
· Service-oriented, hardworking and willingness to learn are important attributes
· Ability and maturity to communicate and interact with all levels of personnel within and outside the organisation
· Able to perform rotating shifts on flexible working hours
· Those with F&B experience will be favourably considered
· Only Singaporeans need to apply


4) CINEMA SERVICE CREW

Duties : Cashiering, food preparation, ushering and general cleaning

Requirements:
· Able to converse and write simple English
· Service-oriented
· Must be physically fit and able to multi-task
· Able to perform rotating shifts including public holidays, weekends and beyond midnight

Duties : Preparation of food and beverages / light meals, cleaning and maintenance of kitchen and equipment as well as stock control
