What is a GV Gift Card?
The GV Gift Card is a stored value card, which allows you to prepay for movie tickets and candy bar purchase at GV cinemas. |

Where can the GV Gift card be used?
The GV Gift Card is only valid for use at any Golden Village cinemas box office in Singapore. You can use the GV Gift to purchase as many movie tickets or candy bar items till the amount on your card is depleted or until expiry. |

How much does a GV Gift Card cost?
The GV Gift card comes in denomination of $28 per card. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. |

No. The GV Gift card do not allow any top up, any unused value cannot be refunded for cash. |

Does the GV Gift Card have an expiration date?
Yes. The stored value on the gift card has a validity period of 12 months from the date of issue. After the card has expired, it is no longer valid. All transaction will be declined. |

What happens if there are still funds available when my Gift Card expires?
We encourage you to use the entire gift amount before the Gift Card expires as unused value, regardless of value, will not be refunded. |

No, it is not necessary to purchase another card. For any purchase amount that is greater than the available balance on your GV Gift Card, you can pay in two separate transactions. You can combine the value of your GV Gift Card with cash or credit card when making purchase. |
