Mode of Payment:
Company Cheque - Vouchers will only be delivered upon receipt of cheque.
Credit Card - To authorise payment via credit card, VISA (preferred)/ Mastercard only, with no card presence, we need you to fill up an authorisation form which will be sent to you together with your order confirmation via email.
Terms of Courier Service
- Payment is required by company cheque or credit card (VISA preferred) before vouchers are delivered.
- Service is only valid for company addressees in Singapore and is one-way only.
- Company receptions should be authorized to accept items on clients' behalf.
- No refund will be made for non-delivered items in the case where client's office is closed during delivery or if the wrong address has been provided. Another fee will be charged for any subsequent deliveries.
- Orders will be delivered on the 2nd working day from the date of order confirmation (e.g order confirmed on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday), latest by 6.00p.m
- Please note that sales and collection of vouchers are not available at all GV Box Office.
