Confirmed booking - A booking shall only be deemed as confirmed via a Sales Contract and/or Agreement, which would be forwarded to you, once all screening details have been agreed and finalised by both parties in signing. |

Conditions of sale - Unused Portion of Packages/ Tickets - Golden Village will not refund and/ or compensate any unused portion of packages and/or tickets. |

Film Dates - Release dates are at the complete discretion of the film distributor. As film exhibitors, Golden Village has no control over the film release dates determined by the film distributors. Consequently, the film release dates published by Golden Village are subject to change without prior notice. Golden Village is not liable for any loss or inconvenience whatsoever to you arising from the film distributors changing the film release dates. |

Film Ratings - Film ratings are at the complete discretion of MDA (Media Development Authority). Golden Village has no control over film ratings as it will be determined by MDA. Should the film rating not be confirmed upon finalizing your booking, you are still legally obliged to follow set ratings. In an event your guest fails to produce a photo-id upon request or is found to be below the requisite age, entry to the screening will be prohibited and no compensation will be made. |

Film Time - As Golden Village often does not receive the final running times for films until a few weeks prior to the film’s release, all indicated screening times are subject to change by a margin of 15-30mins either side of the agreed time. |

Final Details - Confirmation of logistics, menus, beverage arrangements, entertainment, audio-visual requirements, cinema set-ups, starting and finishing times must be confirmed in writing, 7 days prior to the function. Any alterations to the agreement must also be confirmed, in writing, with 7 days notice. Please note that ticketing and cinema rental do not include additional audio visual or technical equipment i.e. microphone etc. If these items are not booked in addition to the auditorium, they will not be available on the night of the event.
Any additional items, i.e. Signage, pamphlets, etc. required for an event, must be confirmed with the Sales Personnel at least 7 days prior the event to organize delivery, storage and collection. |

Outside Food and Beverage - Golden Village does not permit outside food and beverages in our cinemas – this includes gifts and goodie bags for guests. Please consult with your Sales Personnel PRIOR to the event to avoid disappointment. |

Other functions - Golden Village reserves the right to book other screenings or functions up to one hour before the scheduled function commencement time and one hour after the scheduled function finishing time. Additionally Golden Village reserves the right to book public screenings or another function in adjoining Cinema Hall/s at any time. |

Security - Golden Village will not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any equipment or merchandise left on the premises prior to, during, or after the function. |

Outside Contractors - For all exhibitions and stage set-ups produced by outside contractors, plans must be approved by the Golden Village a minimum of 14 days prior to the event. The outside contractors must liaise with the Sales Personnel in all matters of delivering, set up and break-down. For all functions using an alternative audio visual supplier, a Golden Village technical staff member will be required for the entire duration of the function plus one hour prior to and one hour after the function at a rate of $45.00+ per hour. |

Compliance - Clients will be responsible to ensure the orderly behaviour of their guests and Golden Village reserves the right to intervene where it is deemed appropriate. Golden Village staff may patrol the auditorium and are empowered to enforce cinema policy and crowd control measures. Trade regulations, including Workplace Health and Safety Laws, and Responsible Service of Alcohol are to be observed and respected by the Hirer. |

Displays and Signage - No items are to be attached, pinned or glued to the wall surface of Golden Village premises. Signage in cinema public areas must be approved by the Sales personnel. |

Damages - The Hirer agrees to indemnify Golden Village against any claim, loss, liability, costs or expense that may be incurred or sustained to person or property as a result of actions by the Hirer or any of its agents, employees or invitees in hiring or using the cinema. |

Delivery and Collection of Goods – Golden Village will only accept delivery of additional items i.e. Signage, pamphlets, etc one working day prior to an event and all goods must be collected within two working days of the conclusion of the event. All goods are to be delivered to the Cinema Manager between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday - Friday except where a public holiday falls through the week. Golden Village will not accept responsibility for any items delivered or left for collection outside of these times and periods. All arrangements have to be communicated and agreed by the Sales Personnel prior to the event. |

Force Majeure - Golden Village will not accept responsibility for disruption to viewing caused by climate, electrical surge, evacuation and / or emergency procedures. The screening will resume as soon as possible. If it cannot be continued on the actual day the event will be rescheduled for an alternative date, subject to hall and film availability. |

Food & Beverage - In the event that the Food & Beverage item/s ordered unexpectedly run out of stock, Golden Village reserves the right to replace it with a similar priced item. |

Day of the Event - Upon arrival at the cinema, the organizer must identify themselves to the Duty Manager. |
